COMMISSION INQUIRY

Commissioning me means you have read my Terms of services and are willing to comply.

Determine what type of commission you want:
- Bust, half-body, full-body, sketch.
- Personal use/Commercial use.Step 2:
Get references for the art:
- Poses, colors, design, personality, etc.Step 3:
Background:
Simple? Give me a hint on the color you'd like most!
Complex? Please send me some references for your idea.Feel free to include any information you think is important ^^

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. GENERAL
- Hold my right to deny a commission request if I'm not comfortable with it.
- Drawing complexity might affect the final priceI can do:
- Original Characters (OC);
- Fanart;
- Shipart;
- Animals.I can't do it:
- Hiper-realism;
- Mecha;
- Gore.We can negotiate:
- Furry;
- NSFW.II. PAYMENTS
-There are two payment options available:
- 50% payment is required upon submission of sketch. Final 50% before artwork is submitted
- Full payment.III. REVISIONS
- Maximum 3x revisions during sketching.
- Only critical revisions will be accepted after sketch is done (Example: wrong color, missing detail)IV. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The commission may take between 2 weeks and 1 month depending on my schedule. Please be patient.
- I am busy outside of orders so if you need urgent time an additional 25% fee will be charged.V. USE
- All price and work thats been done and listed are strictly personal use only unless stated in the Request Form.
- Please make sure to credit me if you ever plan to use my work as pfp, banner, or even uploading the to your account.VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain every right to art that's been done for you, and have the right to use it a sampel to my portfolio and social media.
- You're not allowed to use any of my work for NFT's or A.I purposes.VII. REFUNDS
Refunds will only be made if I have not started the piece yet.VIII. COMMUNICATION
- Communication can be done on either email or vgen and instagram DMs
- Clients will be informed if there will be any sort of delay to the work
- Clients are more than encourage to ask me for an update of progress on the commissioned-work.
